Return Policy offers buyers the opportunity to return or replace a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Customers will receive a refund for the product's value or can opt for a replacement product of equal value. To be eligible for return, the product must be in its original condition, including all accompanying materials originally included in the packaging, and should be free from any damage (even to the packaging itself) so that it can be resold. The returned product must be accompanied by the retail receip. After we receive and inspect the product for completeness, the refund will be processed using the same payment method chosen during the initial order placement by the customer. Please note that in this case, all return shipping costs and associated expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.
