monkeymerch.cc offers buyers the opportunity to return or replace a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Customers will receive a refund for the product's value or can opt for a replacement product of equal value. To be eligible for return, the product must be in its original condition, including all accompanying materials originally included in the packaging, and should be free from any damage (even to the packaging itself) so that it can be resold. The returned product must be accompanied by the retail receip. After we receive and inspect the product for completeness, the refund will be processed using the same payment method chosen during the initial order placement by the customer. Please note that in this case, all return shipping costs and associated expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customers can't request a refund if they have paid with cryptocurrencies.

If a product is mistakenly sent or is defective, monkeymerch.cc is fully responsible for replacing it and covering all delivery costs. Customers also have the option to request a refund, provided that the product is returned in its original factory condition.

The request for a replacement or a refund must be made within 3 calendar days from the delivery of the product and following prior email contact between the buyer and monkeymerch.cc.

For all cases, the return of the replaced product must include all accompanying documents (e.g., retail receipt, etc.) and its original packaging
